inattentive staff drainage issue
the breakfast selection was acceptable though i expected more variety.
i found the staff less than attentive. upon arrival, the reception offered a bistro voucher, it was useless because the bistro remained closed during my entire stay, just great. also, the bathroom had drainage issues, i mean after showering, water spread everywhere because the only drain was inside the shower.

excellent location lovely decor varied choices
i found the location to be excellent. it was very easy to get around. the room decor was lovely and added to the experience. the breakfast had plenty of choices.

marble steps extra charge
The marble steps at the reception entry presented a challenge. Assistance with luggage was not offered. cappuccinos were an extra charge, which i found unusual given the cost of the breakfast. the room lacked dimmers in the bathroom. It was a minor detail, but i found it noticeable.

lovely stay with few minor quirks
delicious breakfast helpful staff cozy rooms attractive furnishings
i enjoyed the delicious breakfast. it had best croissants. the staff were very helpful. luci at the front desk acted like my personal assistant. she helped me with public transport and restaurant recommendations. she also pointed out unusual places for my son. the furnishings was attractive and the rooms was cozy.
the water kettle didn't reach the outlet so i had to boil water on the hob. the shower doors were weirdly positioned relative to the toilet. there were lots of stairs and not very good for suitcases or the handicapped. the hotel is really beautiful despite these issues.

the front desk gave excellent support, especially with directions. i appreciated their help coordinating transport. the staff also provided useful information about local dining options and tourist spots.

the rooms included nice furniture and decor. the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. the bathroom had good lighting and enough towels were available to use, what was wonderful.

the location was central, near shops and public transportation. it made getting around the city easy. nearby attractions were also accessible because of the hotel location. i found it perfect.

breakfast included a variety of fresh options. pastries and fruits were available every morning. hot dishes were also included in the buffet. the coffee machine worked very well too.
